I have read, understood, and am authorised to accept the following:

1. The membership is paid quarterly in advance, and access to DNA’s entire partner network is activated after the kick-off meeting.
2. The membership commitment is only the current month plus 3 months.
3. There is no option to ‘pause’ or make other arrangements within the membership, but you are welcome to cancel and come back again.
4. Cancellation must be in writing and addressed to fp@danishnetworkassociation.dk
5. Expenses are reimbursed against invoice/receipt, and driving outside Greater Copenhagen is reimbursed according to the state rates for driving your own car, however always only by prior agreement with the customer.
6. I acknowledge that I have read and accept all of the above terms.
7. Included in the membership fee are 10–12 fixed meetings per year @ 1.5–2 hours each. At these meetings, we set the plan and help you continuously reach your goals with the agreed activities. In addition, you have a ‘red phone’, which means ongoing phone sparring, follow-up, and help with anything you may need. If we are to produce or take over a task for you, we allow ourselves to send an invoice based on time spent and always by prior agreement or quote. You can also always, in periods, buy extra meetings if needed.
8. Please note that you will be invoiced directly by your account manager’s own company (the companies are: DNA - JPL, DNA - FP, DNA - CR and DNA CN). Invoicing is 3 months in advance, with 8 days’ payment terms.

When your company becomes a member of Danish Network Association (DNA), and throughout our ongoing collaboration, we ask you for the following information:
Company name, address, phone number, CVR no. and email, as well as the contact person(s) name, email and phone number.
We register this information for the purpose of ensuring that our collaboration can be carried out efficiently and smoothly.
The information is registered with DNA and stored during the membership and, if the membership is terminated, subsequently for 5 years (in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act). After that, the information is deleted.
